Club Information
ACCESS TO THE CLUBHOUSE

Adult members are given a key code to the keypad on the clubhouse side door which gives access to the lobby where the floodlight meters are situated.
​
A toilet is also available with disabled access. The club room and other facilities are available by activating the keypad on the inner door.
BALLS
Balls are supplied for all club sessions and floodlighting is free for Thursday evening sessions when needed. A tub of balls is available in the lobby for members to use – please ensure that you return any balls after use.
Tennis balls can also be purchased through the club from HotShotz Tennis Director, Zane Cheeseman, at £5 per tin of four new balls.

FLOODLIGHT TOKENS

Floodlight tokens are also available at £2.50 per token from the dispensary located within the foyer to the side of the clubhouse.
Each token lasts for half an hour, and the token meters for each court are clearly labelled for you.
GENERAL INFORMATION
​
There are 2 First Aid Boxes. One is kept in the clubhouse lobby through the side door, and one is kept on the side in the clubhouse's kitchen.
Please record any injuries or safety issues in the blue Health and Safety book which is on a rack in the lobby.

A defibrillator is located in the lobby of the Tennis Club for use in an emergency. Access is via the keypad or dial 999 and the Ambulance call centre will give the code for the lobby.
It is recommended that members take a mobile phone with them to the courts in case there is a need to call for assistance; however, please refrain from using phones on court unless it is an emergency.

Members are requested to make themselves familiar with the regulations regarding court bookings and code of conduct. Copies of these regulations are displayed in the clubhouse and on this website.
​
Please note that if you do not turn up for a court booking within 10 minutes of your allotted time, you lose your right to the court and other members may use the court instead.
​
RECYCLING
​
We now have recycling bins on all courts and in the clubhouse. Please use them for all plastics, tins and paper only.
